Return Policy
1. General Information
This Return Policy regulates the conditions under which customers of the LAVANDA.md online store, managed by LAVANDA mea SRL, Republic of Moldova, can return purchased goods.
This policy has been developed in accordance with the consumer protection legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
2. Return period
Customers have the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt, without having to justify their decision.
3. Return conditions
Products can only be returned if the following conditions are met:
• The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered.
• It must not show signs of excessive use, damage or unauthorized handling.
• The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
• All labels, seals and accessories must be original.
• Proof of purchase (invoice/tax receipt) must be provided.
4. Non-returnable items
For health and hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for:
• Opened or used cosmetics (creams, oils, perfumes, lavender-based cosmetics, etc.)
• Household chemicals after opening or use
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items that can no longer be resold for hygiene or safety reasons.
5. Return procedure
To initiate a return, the buyer must send a request by e-mail to: info@lavanda.md
The request must include:
• Buyer’s first and last name
• Order number
• Items to be returned
• Reason for return (optional)
After confirmation, the buyer will receive return instructions (including return address).
6. Return costs
The shipping costs for return are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the items are defective or incorrectly delivered.
7. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods:
• Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days
• The amount refunded includes the purchase price of the item, excluding the original shipping cost (unless otherwise required by law)
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed
8. Defective goods or incorrect delivery
If the item delivered is defective or does not correspond to the order, the buyer is entitled to:
• Replacement of the item
• Full refund
• Price reduction (if any)
The buyer must notify the problem within 48 hours of receiving the item.
9. Inspection of the packaging upon delivery
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the packaging upon delivery.
Any visible damage must be reported to the courier and the seller must be notified immediately.
10. Final Provisions
LAVANDA.md reserves the right to refuse returns of items that do not meet the conditions specified in this policy. LAVANDA.md reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time.
The updated version will be available on the website and will enter into force on the date of publication.
