2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing the website, creating an account and/or placing an order, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
LAVANDA.md reserves the right to modify this document periodically without prior notice. The updated version will be published on the website.

3. Definitions
• Client – any natural or legal person placing an order.
• Consumer – a natural person purchasing products for non-commercial purposes.
• Order – a request submitted via the website for the purchase of one or more products.
• Distance Contract – a contract concluded between LAVANDA.md and the Client via the online platform.

4. Subject of the Contract
The subject of the contract is the sale of lavender-based products, including chemical products intended for household use and personal care, marketed through the website.
Product descriptions are for informational purposes and may contain minor differences from the delivered product (color, shade, packaging), without affecting its functionality.

5. Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is considered concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by LAVANDA.md via email or phone.
LAVANDA.md reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following situations:
• incomplete or incorrect data provided by the client
• inability to process payment
• suspected fraud
• obvious errors regarding price or stock

6. Prices and Invoicing
• All prices are expressed in Moldovan Lei (MDL).
• Prices may be changed without prior notice.
• The fiscal invoice is issued in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
• Promotions are valid within the limits of available stock.

7. Payment Methods
Payment can be made via:
• Cash on delivery
• Online payment via MIA, bank card, electronic wallets (if available)
• Bank transfer
LAVANDA.md is not responsible for any bank fees charged by financial institutions.

8. Delivery of Products
• Delivery is carried out within the Republic of Moldova by courier or own transport.
• The estimated delivery time is communicated upon order confirmation.
• The risk related to the product is transferred to the client at the moment of receipt.
The client is obliged to check the integrity of the package upon delivery.

9. Right of Withdrawal (Return)
According to consumer protection legislation of the Republic of Moldova, the consumer has the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from receipt.

10. Product Warranty
Products sold by LAVANDA.md benefit from a warranty in accordance with:
• the terms set by the manufacturer
• the applicable legislation of the Republic of Moldova
In case of a defective product, the client is entitled to:
• replacement
• price reduction
• refund (if the defect cannot be remedied)

11. Limitation of Liability
LAVANDA.md is not liable for:
• improper use of products
• indirect damages or commercial losses
• temporary interruptions of the website

12. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website and in compliance with Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection.

13. Force Majeure
LAVANDA.md cannot be held liable for failure to fulfill contractual obligations in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, conflicts, government restrictions, etc.).

15. Disputes and Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably.
If this is not possible, disputes will be settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.

16. Final Provisions
This document constitutes the entire agreement between LAVANDA.md and the Client.
If any clause is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
