Payment and delivery

1. General information
These Payment and Payment Conditions regulate the ways in which customers of the online store LAVANDA.md, operated by LAVANDA mea SRL, Republic of Moldova, can pay for the ordered products.
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they accept these conditions.

2. Payment currency
All prices displayed on the site are expressed in Moldovan Lei (MDL).
Payments are made exclusively in MDL, unless otherwise specified.

3. Available payment methods
LAVANDA.md offers its customers the following payment methods:
3.1 Cash on delivery (cash on delivery)
• Payment is made in full at the time of delivery of the product.
• The Customer is obliged to pay the exact amount stated in the order confirmation.
3.2 Bank transfer
• Payment is made to the bank account of LAVANDA mea SRL:
Beneficiary: LAVANDA mea SRL
The order will be processed after confirmation of the amount being credited to the account.
3.3 Online payment via MIA, bank card, electronic wallets (if available)
• Payment is made through a secure payment processor.
• LAVANDA.md does not store and does not have access to payment data.
• Transactions are protected by security systems (e.g. 3D Secure).

4. Payment confirmation
In the case of online payment or bank transfer, the customer will receive confirmation of the transaction by email.
LAVANDA.md reserves the right to request additional checks in case of suspicious transactions.

5. Invoicing
A tax invoice is issued for each order in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
The customer is obliged to provide correct and complete data for invoicing.
LAVANDA.md is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Non-payment or refusal of payment
If the customer refuses to pay for the order upon delivery without a justified reason:
• LAVANDA.md reserves the right to restrict access to placing future orders
• Advance payments may be requested for subsequent orders

7. Price errors
In the event of an obvious error regarding the product price:
• LAVANDA.md has the right to cancel the order
• The customer will be notified and given the opportunity to confirm the order at the correct price

8. Transaction security
LAVANDA.md uses technical and organizational measures to protect online transactions.
The company is not responsible for any losses caused by unauthorized use of a bank card or electronic wallets, if this is not due to an error in the LAVANDA.md system.

9. Final provisions
LAVANDA.md reserves the right to modify these payment terms.
